2. Fixation of RESERVE PRICE of Balance Saleable Land of each Node
based on Project Report or as a Marketing Strategy for each year.
3. Financial and Economic Viability study of each New Project.
4. Formulation of New Land Pricing Policy from time to time.
5. Fixation of Sale Price of CIDCO constructed tenements/shops etc.
