 Differential Pricing/Cross Subsidy |

CIDCO is charging “Differential Pricing” for various Land Uses based on this Reserve Price of each Node, by adopting a “Cross-Subsidy” pattern of land pricing In order to fulfil the Social justice and also to promote various social public utilities including housing stock for Economic Weaker Section, Lower Income Group, Fixed Income Group like Government Servants, CIDCO also proposed a “Cross Subsidy” pattern of land pricing. The subsidy amount is recouped from higher income groups / commercial uses.
