CIDCO has
initiated one more
step towards achieving its
mission of a "transparency-led" organization.
CIDCO understands the criticality of Citizen's concerns and to better address the issue
of accessing the `12.5% Scheme -
related files' clear and user friendly systems have been defined. Record Room
and access to file is a human dependent system. Hence to reduce the human
intervention and maintain the sanctity of the files CIDCO initiated a massive
exercise of scanning the physical files of 12.5% scheme. The status of the scanned
files is as follows:

kiosk. The citizen can now view the files on a touch of a finger. The utilities
